المال والأعمال.. متى أنشئت المحكمة التجارية في جزر القمر
شهدت محكمة موروني التجارية يوم أمس حفلة أداء القسم للقضاة التجاريين بحضور اتحاد الغرف التجارية في جزر القمر وبرعاية وزارة العدل للمرة الثانية بعد 3 أعوام من إنشائها
أنشئت هذه المحكمة في 4 فبراير عام 2020، بعد مناشدات دامت لسنوات، من أجل التسوية القضائية للمنازعات التجارية بين الفاعلين الاقتصاديين في جمهورية القمر المتحدة والتي كانت من اختصاص المحكمة الابتدائية في موروني مما جعلت مثل هذه القضايا تأخذ فترة طويلة قبل البث فيها لتجعل بيئة المال الأعمال في جزر القمر صعبة للغاية
وحسب الخبراء فإن إنشاء هذه المحكمة يؤدي إلى صعود مؤشر جزر القمر في تصنيف مجموعة البنك الدولي لممارسة أنشطة الأعمال ( دوينغ بيزنس) و يرجح أن تخلق مناخا جاذبا للاستثمار الأجنبي
وتتكون المحكمة التجارية من مستشارين في المحاكم وقضاة من محترفي عالم الأعمال بحد أدنى 3 أشخاص بشرط أن يكون عدد محترفي عالم الأعمال هو الأكبر وتُعيِّن هذه الفئةَ الأخيرة وزارةُ العدل لمدة عامين بترشيح من المنظمات المهنية، ويُؤخذون من الجهات التالية : البنك، التجارة والصناعة ، الأعمال الحرفية، الزراعة و الصيد
أما عن رئيس هذه المحكمة فتعينه يكون بقرار من رئيس الجمهورية بعد ترشيح من وزارة العدل
